Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Geffdog, along with its trusted e-commerce partners (including SAGE and InkSoft), collects, uses, and protects personal information (“PI”) obtained through our websites, online stores, and related services. This policy applies to all customers and users who interact with Geffdog online, by phone, or in person.

Data Collection
Geffdog collects only the personal information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and maintain business records. This may include:

  • Name, company name, and contact details (email, phone number, and address)
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Order history, design proofs, and product preferences
  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers; Geffdog does not store full card details)

Personal information is collected solely for legitimate business purposes and is not sold, shared, or used for unsolicited marketing.

Collection Channels
Geffdog collects personal information through the following channels:

  • Online orders placed via the SAGE Web Services / SAGE Company Stores Platform, hosted on secure U.S.–based infrastructure (Amazon Web Services).
  • Online orders through InkSoft stores, which are PCI DSS–compliant and hosted in the United States.
  • Direct phone, email, or in-person transactions with Geffdog.

Use of Information
Personal information is used to:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders
  • Provide quotes, proofs, invoices, and shipping updates
  • Communicate regarding orders, billing, and customer service
  • Maintain business and accounting records in accordance with applicable laws

Geffdog does not sell or share personal information for advertising or monetary purposes.

Data Protection
Geffdog, SAGE, and InkSoft use multiple layers of security to protect personal data, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest (TLS/SSL, AES-256)
  • Tokenized payment processing through PCI DSS–compliant providers such as Global Payments, Stripe, or other merchant processors
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
  • Firewalls, intrusion detection, and secure user authentication within all hosted environments

Geffdog does not store cardholder data.

Retention and Deletion
Geffdog retains customer and order information for as long as needed to support business operations and accounting requirements.

If a customer account is closed or data is no longer required, personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized.
