The screen printing process

Screen printing itself involves carefully aligning the screen with the substrate on a printing press. Ink is applied to the top of the screen, and a squeegee is used to force the ink through the mesh openings, transferring the design onto the substrate below. This process can be repeated for each color in the design, with separate screens and stencils used for each color layer.
