Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact Geffdog for resolution or refund review. Refunds are subject to production and customization status and may not be available on all orders.

Delivery Policy
For orders requiring shipping, shipping information and tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.

Colors displayed on this website are for reference only and may not precisely represent the actual product color. Variations can occur due to differences in screen settings, material textures, printing methods, ink absorption, and dye lots from manufacturers. Geffdog makes every effort to ensure color accuracy. Proofs may be requested before production for verification. By approving artwork or proceeding with an order, customers acknowledge and accept that minor color variations may occur.
